About The Position
The Supervisor of Early Childhood is responsible for overseeing the Early Childhood Program at Cambridge Park School. This role involves planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring educational programs in alignment with the New Jersey Department of Education's State Standards. The goal is to ensure that each student meets and exceeds the standards while adhering to the district's mission, philosophy, values, and instructional goals. The supervisor will also work to build strong ties between home and school, fostering relationships with parents and staff members.
