About The Position

The Supervisor of Custodians is responsible for overseeing the custodial staff and ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively and respond to emergencies as they arise. The Supervisor will work closely with the maintenance department and other school staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Black Seal License Required.
• Valid NJ Driver's License.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and manage daily operations.
• Ensure all facilities are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends as needed.

• Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
