The supervisor will ensure that best practices are standardized and in place throughout the division and hold staff accountable to these best practices and standards. The Supervisor will also ensure that supervision is in place for all locations to ensure professional growth of the staff and quality transitions of care are occurring.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• NYS LCSW licensure is required.
• 5 years of full-time experience in which clinical competence and administrative management skills have been demonstrated in a leadership role is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, coaching, teaching and counseling; ability to inspire and build confidence in others and to forge alliances and garner support.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to resolve complex administrative, technical or human situations, to anticipate and resolve a broad range of issues on multiple, sometimes unrelated, topics, to determine the need for process development and revision, to independently evaluate situations and articulate ramifications of multiple solutions, and to recommend goals.
