Position Overview
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing case management services, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant services that promote safety, permanency, and well-being for children and families.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a field eligible for BSRB licensure
• Current BSRB licensure in the state of Kansas
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in children and family services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate adoption services staff, including assigning work and monitoring performance
• Oversee case management services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of documentation
• Ensure individualized case plans are developed and implemented effectively
• Provide consultation and guidance to case teams
• Coordinate therapeutic service plans, including individual, group, and family interventions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, court orders, and contract requirements
• Maintain professional relationships with DCF, courts, and community partners
• Support staff development through training and ongoing supervision
• Participate in organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
