At FBH we have a variety of client services, including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, crisis services, partnerships with schools, law enforcement and more. Our evidence-based, culturally appropriate, trauma informed behavioral health services address the diverse needs of those we serve. Outpatient Competency Restoration Program (OCRP) This team provides outpatient competency restoration to individuals who have been charged with misdemeanor and non-violent felony crimes and have been court ordered for restoration. The team use the Breaking Barriers C.O.R.E. curriculum to provide classes on competency restoration. These classes address specific barriers to competency by assisting clients in gaining knowledge in the following: Courtroom knowledge and understanding Optimal symptom management Relaxation and coping skills Effective communication with attorneys and others in the court system Other supplemental treatment modules as needed. OCRP will help the client secure needed resources and services to assist with staying in the community and reduce barriers to engagement within the program. Reentry Community Safety Program (RCSP) Created by the state Legislature, the Reentry Community Safety Program is a collaboration between the Department of Corrections, the Department of Social and Health Services, and Frontier Behavioral Health that seeks to reduce recidivism and community risk once an offender with a mental illness or developmental disability is released. In this position, you will lead the development of assigned programs by forming community connections and partnerships, assist in developing policies, training and program design. Provide supervision, training and consultation to assigned staff. Ensure services for outpatient competency restoration are provided based on statutory requirements. Provide supervision to OCRP staff and promote the use of diversion resources to minimize the use of emergency departments and incarceration. Deliver clinical services to RCSP/MHSA clients with a team that works closely with the Department of Corrections to ensure individuals with Medicaid funding receive intensive case management services and ancillary outpatient services as appropriate. Oversee outpatient services to Forensic Mental Health clients providing therapy and case management services to individuals.
