About The Position
As a Nurse Supervisor at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative responsibilities of the hospital in the absence of the Administrator. Your leadership will be integral to the Patient Experience, as you manage nursing services, ensure high-quality care for patients, and assign staff to appropriate clinical areas based on their skill mix. This position offers opportunities for career development, including pursuing certifications or advanced nursing degrees through a Tuition Reimbursement Program. You will also have the chance to engage in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, evidence-based research projects, and mentor new staff, with ongoing feedback and career development provided by your Manager.
