About the position
Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR- NURSING to join our team! The Supervisor of Nursing is a professional Registered Nurse who, under the direction of a Manager or Director, assist with daily responsibility for the coordination, leadership and the development of personnel and operations. Assumes leadership responsibility in the manager or director's absence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily responsibility for the coordination of nursing personnel and operations.
- Provide leadership and development for nursing staff.
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the manager or director.
Requirements
- Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a nursing program.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Possesses an active Wisconsin RN nursing license.
