About The Position

This position is open to current Regions Hospital RNs only. Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN ready to take the next step in leadership? Regions Hospital is seeking a motivated RN Supervisor – Emergency Department to support our dynamic ED team and help drive exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The RN Supervisor – Emergency Department facilitates the effective operation of the Emergency Department by providing clinical leadership, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role promotes collaboration through effective communication, maintains a strong working knowledge of departmental and hospital policies, and fosters positive working relationships with nursing staff, medical staff, and ancillary departments. The RN Supervisor utilizes evidence-based nursing practices and advanced problem-solving skills to support clinical and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Four years of experience as a Emergency Registered Nurse
  • Completion of accredited Associate degree in Nursing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Education, Business, Health Sciences, Behavioral Science, Life Science, or approved field OR currently enrolled in a healthcare related Baccalaureate degree program with an established date of completion required. OR Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of Minnesota
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • TNCC
  • ENPC/PALS
  • Professional Emergency Nursing Certification (CEN or CPEN) within 1 year of hire.
