Supervises professional, administrative and technical personnel (pediatric nurse practitioners, medical assistant, clinic secretaries,) providing patient care. Partners with Ambulatory Manager on business and financial operations. 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience with a preference for pediatrics experience. Prior leadership experience, preferably in supervisory capacity required. Good organizational and patient relation skills. Ability to manage a fast-paced patient load while paying attention to detail. High level of communication skills necessary for assessment of patient concerns and processing referrals for appropriate medical care. Ability to read, interpret and enact policies and procedures. Ability to stand and walk approximately 75% of the work time. BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required. Requirements
