We’re looking for a Non-Clinical Supervisor, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position, you will supervise and direct non-clinical staff. Think you’ve got what it takes? Job Duties & Responsibilities Supervises, coaches, counsels, and evaluates non-clinical staff to ensure optimal level of job performance, adherence to policies and procedures, and the consistent delivery of quality customer service. Schedules staff based on practice needs and budget. Assures appropriate staffing to provide coverage for patient volume. Monitors and ensures efficient patient flow. Maintains appropriate inventory control of office supplies. Assures compliance with regulatory requirements, i.e., OSHA. Presents professional images, manners, and behavior at all times. Shares relevant information with staff via staff meetings, huddles, memos, posting, or other effective forms of communication. Orients staff, as appropriate, and submit paperwork in accordance with policies and established timeframes. Tasks are measured by observation of evaluator, feedback of providers, and review of budget variances in staff and supplies. Also reviewed are survey reports, customer satisfaction surveys, and any other survey or evaluation available. Reviews billing information Coordinates referrals Processes patient payments. Monitors patient information and other practice data. Performs reception duties. Schedules appointments. Provides daily operations Demonstrates Creating SMILES and AIDET philosophies to patients, families and co-workers. Skills & Requirements Required H.S.
