Balances patient care demands, technical troubleshooting, and staff competency issues while maintaining regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency. Regularly interprets complex data and adjusts operations to meet fluctuating hospital needs. Uses sound professional judgment to resolve challenges. Leads the EEG department by supervising technologists, coordinating assignments, and mentoring team members in advanced testing and professional growth. Provides performance feedback, conducts competency evaluations, and fosters a positive, accountable work culture.
