Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous network experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Network Maintenance Technicians.
• Set priorities for the team, assign tasks, and check work performance at regular intervals.
• Establish and implement procedures, performance standards, and best practices.
• Develop and train staff.
• Resolve customer inquiries in an organized and timely fashion.
• Select and provide training and direction to Network Maintenance Technicians on all maintenance activities.
• Monitor work production and quality, ensuring that all repairs meet required specifications.
• Review FCC technical requirements and maintain records accordingly.
• Perform all FCC-related field testing; maintain network at or better than design specifications.
• Enforce performance standards and guidelines for Field Operations.
• Implement and monitor ongoing work safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Coordinate and participate in work performance reviews.
• Analyze operations and performances to assure operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate vehicle preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Order supplies and equipment and keep accurate records.
