About The Position

Supervisor MRI at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Under minimal supervision, oversees department activities, and plans and coordinates the implementation of policies and procedures. Maintains staffing within budgetary guidelines of the department. Ensures department functions in an efficient manner, to provide assessment and care to infants, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Requirements

  • Coursework/Training MRSO-MRI safety Officer training within 12 months of hire.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging Or Upon hire: National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
  • 5 years Experience in MRI and CT as a technologist.
  • 2 years Supervisory/lead experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Radiological Science or related field.
  • 2 years Direct supervisor experience.
