Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 8 years of recent relevant experience.
• Proven working relationship with Medical Staff or physician groups.
• Knowledge of Medical Staff functions, bylaws, and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with database programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse groups.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
• Demonstrated tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Medical Staff Services department.
• Support the Medical Staff organization to meet goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and regulatory agency requirements.
• Establish protocols and practices in line with standards and policies.
