About The Position

The Medical Practice Supervisor is a key team member in a CCMA Physician Practice Region supporting multiple locations. Under the leadership of the Regional Practice Manager, this role provides onsite day-to-day operational support in a manner that supports exceptional patient care and promotes financial stability. The Medical Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all practice needs are met by collaborating with practice staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant course preferred.
• Two to Four years of relevant work experience as a lead/supervisor in a medical/physician's office required.
• Knowledge of basic software applications including Electronic Health Record management.
• Experience working with Athena and Meditech.

• Skill in dealing with interpersonal issues and customer relations.
• Ability to lead multiple staff/disciplines; minimum 10 FTE's.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once with minimal supervision.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.
