The Manufacturing/Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the manufacturing technical operations team, providing production line support and driving process implementation, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. This role ensures products meet quality standards, comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements, and consistently achieves key performance indicators. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Technical Operations and is part of the Manufacturing Technical Operations team located in Miami, FL . In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the manufacturing engineering team to promptly resolve technical issues affecting production lines. Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and minimize waste. Develop and execute action plans to support strategic business objectives. Ensure operational and financial goals are consistently achieved. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to uphold high performance standards.
