Requirements

• You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• You can bend, stoop, extend reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• You are passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves freely.
• You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service.
• You are inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You possess a strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• You are a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• You're self-motivated and organized, as some stores may require you to work alone.
• You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends.
• You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
• Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Showcase Claire's products and services, staying plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends.
• Oversee store operations efficiently, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to show off their new accessories and piercings on social media.
