About The Position
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring that the store operates safely and legally during these times. You will be expected to deliver exceptional sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring that every customer has a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. In this role, you will demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge. You will also assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions. Additionally, you will receive full training in ear piercing, which is a key service offered at Claire's. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment is crucial, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and sales performance.
