About The Position

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital is hiring a Supervisor, Maintenance - Full Time. To plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, H.V.A.C., mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in a safe working condition. The Maintenance Team Coordinator is responsible for administering labor and material controls, for training of maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management practices. Contribute to the success of the operating center through effective work coordination, management of resources and participation in goal accomplishment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree (Preferred)
• Driver's License (NC/VA/national) (Required)
• 4 years of related experience
• Previous experience in Project Management

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience in maintenance supervision
