Supervisor Maintenance
About The Position
Deliver operational excellence! We are seeking a solutions focused, driven and experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Technician and Trades staff to success, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance and availability of our Heavy Mobile fleet! You'll foster a positive team 'values based' culture where the 'way we work' is just as important as the expertise we demonstrate every day. The role is offered on an 8/6/7/7 days and nights FIFO roster at our Jupiter operation in the prolific Laverton Gold district.
Requirements
- Established supervisory experience within an open pit operation
- S26 Supervisor competency
- National accredited HD Mechanic / Heavy Plant trade (Certificate 3)
- Current Drivers Licence (Manual)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring works are completed safely, in line with WHS legislation
- Ensuring machines are maintained to company standards as per OEM specifications
- Ensure maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned events
- Breakdowns, labour requirements, work order control and cost management.
- Delivery of daily scheduling of planned and unplanned work to meet the weekly mine plan
- Focus on continuous improvement and lead teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Promote and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
- Mentor and guide the team to assist with their ongoing learning and development
- Enable and support a safety focused culture
- Manage the delivery and performance of Mobile Plant Machinery
