Requirements

• 5+ years' industrial maintenance experience (preferably in food manufacturing)
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
• Skilled in reading technical documents and producing clear reports
• Must complete OSHA 10-hour training within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee daily operations including PM programs and work order management
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis
• Maintain safety standards (OSHA), quality controls, and KPIs
• Improve systems, eliminate downtime, and drive operational excellence
