How you will make contributions that matter… Assists and monitors workers in the maintenance, repair, dismantling, assembling, installing of machinery and equipment and programmable logic controllers. Reviews and interprets job orders and specifications and assigns work to maintenance technicians. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Confers with operations managers and supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Enforces compliance of all Safety rules and regulations, taking prompt correction action concerning potential safety hazards.

Requirements

• Values that align with the Saputo culture.
• Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and/or a minimum of four or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with broad-based business acumen and experience with proven ability to identify opportunities and lead change initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems, PLC’s, process instrumentation and process drawings preferred.
