The Supervisor of Magnet Programs provides leadership to school administrators and central office personnel in the implementation of Magnet Programs, ensuring that all initiatives support the system-wide goals. The role includes assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the centralized magnet application, assessment, and admissions processes, developing promotional materials, managing applicant databases, and overseeing communication between Magnet Programs and non-public schools. The Supervisor also collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and maintains professional knowledge of best practices in magnet education.
