In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Loan Servicing staff, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, and assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies. You will review, delegate, and approve work performed by the team, complete audit requests, and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company-wide goals. Additionally, you will assist in staff performance reviews, train team members, and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures. Your role will also involve running reports, identifying operational weaknesses, and supporting team members with onboarding and resources. You will embody the Hilton Grand Vacations values and complete all required training and compliance courses.
