About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and serve as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support by monitoring and prioritizing workflow.
• Handle escalated or complex issues and provide problem resolution leadership.
• Coordinate distribution of workflow to maximize productivity.
• Identify and communicate staffing and workflow issues to management.
• Participate in interview processes and train new employees.
• Set productivity goals and evaluate employee performance against standards.
• Monitor employee work to ensure professionalism and compliance with regulations.
• Coach and counsel employees as needed and participate in annual reviews.
• Assist managers with attendance tracking and payroll administration.
• Prepare and submit departmental reports to management.
• Review quality control data and address deficiencies.
