About The Position
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to Clinic Director. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a locally owned, fast-growing clinic focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Requirements
- Active Virginia LCSW license + VA Board Approved Supervisor status
- 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience in private practice
- Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment
- Strong knowledge of VA mental health regulations
- Organized, accountable, and energized by leadership
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of 20–22 clients per week
- Provide clinical supervision to a small team of pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW)
- Oversee clinic productivity, documentation, and quality of care
- Support hiring, training, and performance management
- Partner with ownership to drive clinic growth and community outreach
