About The Position
As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free. You will be responsible for assigning work activities, monitoring group activities, instructing associates in proper equipment and operational procedures, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Additionally, you will manage inventory and assist in resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity.
