About The Position
Responsible for laboratory operations in the support area(s) of the Hospitals and Clinics within the Advocate Health enterprise, which may include department, discipline and/or shift oversight. Supervises the implementation of enterprise laboratory strategies and standards through close collaboration with site leaders. Ensures peak laboratory operations by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality in achieving Advocate Health goals and objectives including planning, monitoring, and implementing laboratory operations in a cost effective, quality and service-oriented manner.
