Join us as a Supervisor, IT Business Applications & Operational Support, where you'll lead a dynamic team managing critical Generation business applications and hardware. In this role, you'll guide the development, optimization, and support of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems, shaping strategies that enhance efficiency and drive business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or other job related field from an accredited college or university.
• Eight (8) years progressively responsible directly related experience in area/s of assignment.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a combination of education and experience equaling 12 years is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the development, integration, and support of information and communication systems applications.
• Understanding of Network Model and Operator Training Simulator familiarity.
• Real Time Contingency Analysis expertise.
• Familiarity of FERC, NERC, and WECC regulations and Standards.
• Ability to apply creative solutions to business problems.
• Skilled in managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within an organization.
• Demonstrated high quality oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Generation IT team, ensuring seamless support for non-nuclear business applications and associated hardware.
• Develop roadmaps and operational technology strategies to align with current and future project demands.
• Analyze business and information needs to design and implement IT/OT solutions that improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Configure, implement, maintain, test, patch, and support business systems to ensure reliable performance.
• Address technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
