Lead recruitment, training, and performance management. Resolve depot issues and fill in for driver absences. Monitor timesheets, ensure driver DOT compliance, and inspect equipment. Manage inventory and adjust routes. Respond to emails and ensure timely communication. Conduct safety meetings, review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain inventory. Schedule vehicle maintenance, perform audits, and manage end-of-month reporting. Complete annual reviews, training, and driver assessments. Supervisor Qualifications: Currently operating a Class A or B CDL vehicle with air brakes for 12 months within the 24 months Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.). Be at least 21 years of age Lift up to 55 lbs. and maneuver up to 175 lbs.; occasionally move up to 750 lbs. with equipment. Climb in/out of trucks, ladders, and work in confined spaces. Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and working at varying heights. Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Handle fill hoses up to 100 feet and wear company uniforms. Supervisor Experience: A minimum of two years' experience as a supervisor preferred. Minimum of 2-years commercial driving experience. Must have a clean driving record that meets NuCO2’s Safety Point System. Strong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction process required. Previous experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction experience preferred.
