About The Position

$7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This position will be traveling and covering the south King, Pierce and part of Thurston counties. This role supervises employees to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care to patients in their home setting. Determines staffing needs and is responsible for meeting department productivity standards. Participates in development of department policies and procedures and quality management plan and then implements and administers for compliance. Upholds the standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • Upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. In compliance with Washington State patrol Identification and Criminal History.
  • 2 years RN experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Supervisory or Home Care experience.
