Supervisor Infusion RN – Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services Location: Ambulatory Infusion Suites located in Medford, Salem, Beaverton, Bend and East Portland Schedule: Onsite, Full time Providence nurses are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - if working in this location
• Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License - if working in this location
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• Upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. In compliance with Washington State patrol Identification and Criminal History.
• 2 years Relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
• Supervisory or Home Care experience.
