Job Summary Responsible for coaching, leading and monitoring sales representatives with respect to goals, metrics, performance and sales skills and techniques. Creates and implements processes and procedures and lends to a culture that increases product penetration in designated territories through sales to current, former and new individual customers. Consults with new and existing customers as necessary to understand customer reactions to Comcast products, services and sales channel effectiveness. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.
