Requirements

Have an LMSW from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services
Two years of experience as a licensed Social Worker/IDD Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

Hire and oversee department personnel.
Direct training for agency staff.
Coordinate department activities, assignments, and priorities.
Provide oversight and compliance with standards and regulations.
Direct staff in treatment and support planning.
Coordinate with clinical staff for service provision.
Supervise traditional case management functions.
Verify and approve exceptions to provider budgets.
Participate in Agency committee groups for functions and reviews
