About The Position

MVTrac/MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company is a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. We are searching for an internal project manager responsible for making moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems, or products using conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation to enhance performance. We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing support staff including; customer service, post recovery processing and escalated account scenarios. Candidates need to be well-rounded, flexible and driven. The Supervisor I position will be responsible for assisted tasks for their Manager and daily tracking of all case workers in the MVTrac Skip division. A successful Supervisor will assist Managers in all day-to-day operational activities for the assigned recovery Tier. Requirements

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive finance, collections or related industries
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in business management
  • Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking
  • Client (auto finance) experience
  • Presentation (PowerPoint/Google slides) skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated - must be well organized and able to make proactive recommendations
  • Servant leader attitude willing to invest and grow team members to support MVTrac clients.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative, positive, people-oriented; effective multi-tasking capability

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for direct report Manager and front line staff
  • Oversee their respective team
  • Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol
  • Ensure proper systems and procedures are in place to accurately report and approve: Agent Fees/ Client Fee approvals for accuracy and submission to billing.
  • Respond timely to any inquiries or requests
  • Assist other departments within the organization as needed
  • Documenting and processing client requests
  • Track each staff member's daily productivity and provide coaching as needed.
