About The Position

The Supervisor I and II positions at Southcentral Foundation (SCF) are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of a team of employees within the Primary Care 2 South department. These roles are designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences, with the Supervisor II position requiring additional experience and proficiency. The supervisors will guide and coordinate the work of their teams to achieve established goals and objectives, while also ensuring that the unique needs of the Alaska Native population served by SCF are met.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree or two years of experience performing administrative support duties.
• Demonstrated proficiency as an administrative support III or similar support position at SCF.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of demonstrated experience at the Supervisor I level for Supervisor II candidates.

Responsibilities
