About The Position

The Supervisor of Hotel Operations at Harrah's SoCal is responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of the front desk, bell desk, valet, and PBX teams. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in Hotel or Business Management.
  • Minimum of two years of Front Desk experience and one year in Guest Service/Valet operations in a large hotel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and LMS/CMS systems preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and complete work independently.
