About The Position

To ensure departmental efficiencies in a safe working environment and that orders to the customers are filled & delivered as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Requirements

• Must be able to successfully lead a team
• Must have a good command of the English language
• Ability to identify a problem, propose solution(s), and execute possible solutions
• Ability to make decisions regarding production, distribution, and scheduling
• Exhibit initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules for production employees in assigned department
• Provide daily work assignments
• Monitor and ensure productivity records are posted
• Counsel/coach/corrective action for employees as necessary
• Monitor and report/record daily fill rates
• Perform both supervisory responsibilities and production work
• Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations
• Communicate with customers both verbally and in written form
