Requirements
Graduate degree from an accredited School of Social Work or other Behavioral Mental Health program and licensed by the State of FL (LCSW, LMHC or LMFT).
A valid Florida driver’s license is required, and the case manager must be older than 25 years of age to operate a motor vehicle.
Skills important for this position include problem solving, analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, and ability to function independently.
It also requires an understanding of and compatibility with Jewish values and traditions.

Responsibilities
Provide supervision for case managers regarding their clients.
Review and approve case notes and all clients’ records completed by supervisees.
Monitor work performance and attendance.
Review and approve supervisee’s timesheets and expense reports.
Respond to clients’ needs when supervisors are off.
Train new employees.
Supervise projects related to the Holocaust Department (such as Volunteer Dental Program, Socialization projects, and Volunteer programs).
Ensure client confidentiality and services are provided in accordance with social work values and code of ethics and are within the grant guidelines.
Liaison with Marketing department to implement Broward community outreach to raise awareness of Survivor’s needs; develop collateral materials; ensure social media outreach.
Complete intakes for the new clients enrolled into the program.
Oversee clients’ support and customer service.
Other tasks that might be assigned by the program director.
