About The Position

The Supervisor HES Regional Multi-Media position at Sunoco involves overseeing the Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) Waste Management Program to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role includes coordinating environmental field testing, responding to emergencies, assisting with waste disposal, and conducting HSE training. The supervisor will act as a liaison between field operations and corporate agencies, ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8+ years of directly related professional experience.
• Proven working relationship with field operations, company peers, and supervisors.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including RCRA Waste, Wastewater, Storm Water, Air, and Safety regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee environmental field testing, including stack tests.
• Respond to emergency call-outs.
• Assist field operations in waste disposal.
• Assist field operators during agency inspections and internal audits.
• Coordinate and conduct HSE training and help implement HSE-MS.
• Implement new HSE regulations and ensure field HSE compliance.
• Act as a liaison between field, corporate, and local agencies.
• Support P&T operations in all HSE-related issues.
