About The Position
Interwell Health is hiring a Supervisor who is passionate about caring for our patients, has an understanding of healthcare operations, and has proven success in leading high-performing teams. As the Supervisor, Healthcare Operations, you will report to the Healthcare Operations Manager, work in a remote environment (with limited travel expected in the future) and will be responsible for leading performance management and planning for a team of Enrollment Coordinators and Care Transition Coordinators. You'll have a direct impact on patients’ lives by guiding your team to better understand our patients, discover ways to meet their needs, determine how to effectively enroll them in our service, and ensure we are responsive to their questions and concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, diving into details and using a data-driven approach to solve problems. Success in the role will be measured by outcomes such as increased enrollment, improved conversion rates, increased post hospitalization appointments, patient satisfaction, and team efficiency in required administrative tasks.
