About The Position

Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. There are also roles that require being on-site full time. Limited remote opportunities may be available within specific departments. You'll learn more about this during the recruitment process. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of one or more Guest Arrivals operating venues. This may include Valet, Resort Transit, Resort Yachts, Team Member Shuttles, Toll Plaza, Parking Lot/Garage, and Rideshare. Provides credible present and credible leadership to frontline Team Members and Team Captains, ensuring the team is meeting or exceeding department expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in park or resort operations.
  • Familiarity with guest service best practices.

Responsibilities
