What You Will Do: This role supervises the maintenance of asset records from construction and operations, project and resource management, stakeholder involvement and monitoring of work. Supports reliability performance goals. Schedules, assigns and monitors the work of employees and / or contractors. Pre / post inspection of asset records, resolves record and attribute discrepancies, reviews contractor expenses to ensure accurate time. Ensures proper RIM policies are followed and manages physical and digital record storage . Resolves stakeholder complaints and requests . Advises and assists in technical training and development of employees. Utilization of SAP/Maximo, GIS (ESRI), FileNet, DOT, Sharepoint, and other work management applications. Monitors budget goals and employee productivity. Who You Are: The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following: 7+ years directly related experience (plus Associate's degree or its equivalent) or at least 5 years of directly related experience (plus Bachelor's degree) Skills: leadership; contract interpretation; interpersonal; strong verbal and written communication; project and time management; organizing. Abilities: teaming; motivate employees; decision making; handle constantly changing and emerging priorities; schedule and prioritize work; physical attributes required to perform essential function of the job - walking, climbing, stooping, bending and prolonged standing. Requirements
