Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Fulfillment! We’re looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment to join our team. If you’re passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution, including supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving
  • Partner with leadership to achieve performance goals and operational efficiencies
  • Monitor workflows and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
  • Communicate status updates, challenges, and solutions to leadership
  • Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
