About The Position

SUMMARY: The FSQA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality and food safety standards. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with product quality standards Verifying production paperwork for accuracy and completeness Conducting production floor checks Performing GMP and housekeeping audits Delivering food safety training to Team Members Exercising judgment in setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with other teams Ensuring food safety, food quality, and regulatory/legal compliance REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOP s. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc. SAP knowledge preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbal and written; bilingual a plus. Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks. Requirements
