Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations, including staff management and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate food service staff to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for food service operations.
