This position is responsible for providing leadership for the FANS department (clinical and non-clinical) and maintains staff oversight including evaluations, hiring process, disciplinary and scheduling. Leads departmental process improvement initiatives. Ensures effective communication within Inspira and with external customers. Responsible for department quality and productivity, as well as, oversees patient services program.
