You’ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with. You will: Create ambassador schedules and maintains Kronos reports Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports Address complaints and resolve problems Supervise and train ambassadors Plan, assign and direct work Order and maintain products and supplies Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction and facility sanitation commitments are maintained to standards Enter notifications for any needed repairs to keep facility maintained to standards Record the day’s events in communication log Contact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facility Maintain repair log and control labor cost Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problems Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needs Other duties assigned Occasionally assist other location and areas throughout the park as needed
