The Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing the daily production schedules. Setting daily work assignments, ensuring equipment is performing to standard, performing housekeeping checks, scrap reporting, inventory management, and hourly mentoring employees. The production supervisor is also the primary point of contact for the first-response team, managing safety and accidents and reviewing material requirements and practices. They also enforce facility rules for all employees within the workgroup.
