About The Position

Supervise strategic departmental and divisional financial analysis and reporting. Identify areas of financial risk and advise manager regarding key process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, related field.
5 years progressively responsible experience in finance, with demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting and financial analysis.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Business, and healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Working with manager, responsible for supervising departmental financial analysis and reporting, in support of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Supervise and mentor financial analysis staff to ensure optimal operational expertise as well as technical knowledge.
Provide analytical support to divisions.
Design and implement periodic operational reports as well as ad hoc reporting.
Develop multi-year cash flow projections for departmental projects.
Identify areas of financial risk, present findings, and make recommendations to the manager.
Provide strategic financial analysis to manager regarding business proposals, and make recommendations for optimizing the financial impact of business initiatives.
Provide advice to department manager regarding key process improvement opportunities and serve as critical resource for implementation.
Complete more complex special projects as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
